Goal

This is the way we understand the current situation:

• In order to achieve the common goals the leadership of the company is considering a possibility to invest into further development of employees;

• The goals to be achieved as a result of training the senior and medium management are:

  • to gain understanding of what leadership skills of the medium and senior management are needed in the company, what is the current situation of the leadership, and what are the opportunities of its further development and improvement;
  • to develop and improve leadership skills by gaining understanding of the appropriate leadership approach when leading oneself, others, and the work (communication, recognition, correction, consulting, decision making, task assignment, people development, motivation, problem and conflict solving);
  • to understand the strong and weak points of its leadership styles, to improve the ability to use them to ensure professional leadership in daily work;
  • to recognize the role and significance of each team member in attaining the assigned goals;
  • the ability to be flexible and adjust the leadership style and behavior in different and difficult situations;
  • to adjust one’s behavior to the conversation partner/ colleague/ employee;
  • to reduce the factors cause conflicts and stress, to improve the communication and information Exchange within the company as well as among the different units;
  • to diminish the routine by implementing fresh innovations in the company culture;
  • to have a great time and enjoy the learning process.
